Book an appointment

We are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our service towards you. From now a new instrument has been added: instead of having to book your appointment at the embassy via different e-mails or telephone calls, you will have the possibility to book this yourself directly via this website.

You can book this up to 3 months in advance, allowing you to plan your travels well in advance.

Attention: Certain (legal) conditions limit the practical availability of the consular services, notably (for Belgian citizens) the requirement to be registered in the consular registers of the embassy. Make sure to consult the available information on this website before booking an appointment. If the necessary indicated documents are not provided, we will unfortunately not be able to deliver the requested service.
